Over recent years things have finally got so bad that we have to be told we need to exercise and eat healthy food to maintain a healthy body. Wow! How come we never thought of that one before?
You mean to tel me that a daily diet of eating a half dozen burgers and chips and drinking a gallon of sweet fizzy drinks is not good for me? how about that.
It comes to something when commonsense has disappeared from our society to such an extent that we need to be told stuff like this but, it appears we are all becoming so stupid we need to be told.
OK. Here is my suggestion for a more healthy lifestyle. Get an bicycle and go out for a cycle ride at weekends. Maybe use it to cycle to work each day if that is feasable. Get yourself a set of home gym equipment and get in the habit of doing ten minutes exercise each day either in the mornings before work or in the evenings when you get home. It will be tough at first but before too long it will become an envigorating experience that makes you feel livlier and more relaxe.
Try to include more fresh vegetables in your diet and less fat and starchy foods. Aime for a balanced diet and try to include some fresh fruit too. You don’t have to become a food freak but do try to be ore thoughtful about what you are eating. You know it makes sense.
