Beach homes are the dream of every consumer who has a love for the sands of breeze of the beach. At the same time, beach homes require a careful inspection before renting or buying one. Beach homes can sometimes be at more risk for hidden dangers than your average inland-based home property.

If even a single weakness in the gutter system is observed, the foundation can start taking damage. The process will be a slow one, but it will be an expensive fix years down the road when you find it has been tarnished.
Inspectors will also check for mold before giving the green-light to buying a home. Mold can be very dangerous to humans, causing sickness and possible critical illness if not treated. Mold is prevalent in moist climates- which beach homes are obviously in. Something such as a dehumidifier, or the average air conditioner, can protect the home against such dangers. Inspectors will know how to properly check for mold in places that commonly show signs of problems with it.
