It is spring here, as I write this, and the lighter skies and warm sun make me feel so much better. Spring is a time of renewal in nature and there is a significant effect on us humans too. For many people spring is a time for weddings and new beginnings and that seems very appropriate.
All the detailed wedding planning usually starts a long time before the wedding so many couples will have been working away though the winter drawing sketch plans for seating arrangements and deciding how many pink balloons are needed for the perfect wedding day but it is important to remember a wedding is about two people joining together at the start of their new life together. It is not about pink balloons and table decorations.
Spring is simple but wonderful. It is a huge change after the winter and so is your wedding a huge change and a positive start on your new married life together. Keep it simple and let the spring into your marriage. Balloons simply don’t matter.
